Spicy Dry Noodles

Prepare ingredients and seasonings: fresh noodles, fresh chili sauce, shallots, and spicy millet;

Wash the shallots and the spicy millet, and chop them; save some chopped green onions, and keep the millet spicy for later use. Do not put all of them in a bowl;

Then add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, fresh chili sauce, lard, vine pepper oil, sugar, and spicy chili oil;

Pour proper amount of water and vegetable oil into the boiling pot and bring it to a boil;

Add the noodles and cook;
6.
Remove the cooked noodles and drain;
7.
Put it into the seasoning bowl, mix and stir evenly;
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet for spicy, [Spicy dry noodles] are ready.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Put some oil when cooking noodles; the cooked noodles have good gloss and are not easy to stick;
3. The noodles should be drained as much as possible to make the noodles more delicious;
