Spicy Grilled Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and soak them in water for about 30 minutes; clean the ribs again and absorb the water with a kitchen paper towel;

Use appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and black pepper to marinate the ribs.

Prepare the baking tray;

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and then put the marinated ribs;

Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees, put the baking tray in the middle of the oven, and bake for 30 minutes;

Prepare the seasonings: mix the spicy soy sauce with the spiced chili oil and the Chinese pepper oil and stir evenly; prepare a small dish to mix the chili powder, cumin powder, pizza spice, and white sesame seeds;

After 30 minutes, take out the ribs and brush with the spicy soy sauce mixture; brush both top and bottom; sprinkle with chili powder to mix the seasoning; don't finish sprinkling, save some;

Preheat the oven up and down at 200 degrees; put the baking tray into the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes;
