Spicy Konjac

Soak the konjac in salt water for a while

Cut into strips
3.
Wash the chives and cut the chopped green onions
4.
Boil water in a boiling pot, add the konjac to blanch water for two minutes, remove the water to control it dry

Raise the frying pan, add the spicy hot pot base and stir fry

Add the konjac and fry for a while

Sprinkle salt and stir well

Pour in water and cook until delicious

Pour in oyster sauce and stir well

Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well

Tips:
You can replace the spicy hot pot base with any kind of hot sauce you like.
