Spicy Mustard Greens

Wash the mustard greens (also known as spicy dishes, chicken tail vegetables, etc.), boil water in a pot, put the mustard greens in and blanch them for 5 minutes to remove.

Soak the hot mustard greens in cold water and let cool.

Shred.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and cut the pepper into sections for later use.

Tips:
1. If it is fresh minced meat, fry the minced meat first, then put the peppers, and finally put the mustard greens.
