Spicy Potatoes with Minced Meat

Wash potatoes

Prepare dried chili, chopped green onion and minced garlic

Scrap the skin of the potatoes and cut into pieces, wash and scoop up, prepare the seasoned minced pork

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 3 grams of salt, mix well and let stand for half an hour

Tips:
1. Just scrape off the skin of new potatoes, so that the skin is very fragrant after being fried.
