I really like this dish of minced meat and potatoes. It can be used as a dish as well as a casual snack. The fresh fragrance of the minced meat and the crispy outside and soft inside of the potatoes. The new potatoes have a very soft texture. They are first fried in an air fryer and then seasoned in the pot. When they are out of the pot, they are fragrant.

2. Prepare dried chili, chopped green onion and minced garlic
