Spicy Preserved Egg Tofu

Three preserved eggs are cut with string as shown in the figure.

A box of lactone tofu is cut open in the middle of the plate, and sliced preserved eggs are placed around it.

Add minced garlic, green red pepper, diced salt, white sugar, chicken bouillon, and a spoonful of Laoganma light soy sauce and vinegar.

Continue to add sesame oil and chili oil and stir well.
5.
Pour the mixed sauce on the tofu.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. This is the finished picture.
