Spicy "roast Floss"

The pork loin is passed over the water to remove the foam.

Change the water and simmer the pork tenderloin with ginger, white onion, and star anise for 45 minutes.

The part that needs the most patience. With a fork and hands, tear the meat into pieces. The thinner it becomes, the more fluffy it becomes. I obviously went to school for a day, and the feeling of laziness has come up, and the tears are not thin enough.

Reduce the oil in the pan and put the shredded pork in to bake. First, stir-fry the cooking wine and soy sauce until they are dry, then add all the other seasonings and adjust them according to personal taste. Stir fry slowly over medium to small heat. Take two forks and flip them. Because the small pieces of silk will dry, you may not notice when the large pieces of silk are torn, but they will show up after a while. Use a fork to continue to tear apart the large pieces. Stir-fry until the shredded pork dries and becomes a loose meat state.

The fried shredded pork can be used or stored in an airtight bottle. If it is too long, shorten it with scissors, the effect will be better.
