Spicy Rice Noodles

Pork slices

Put pea sprouts and rice noodles into boiling water and cook;

Place the cooked pea sprouts and rice noodles on the plate;

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and garlic and saute until fragrant;

Add bean paste and sauté until fragrant, add salt, light soy sauce and a small amount of water to boil;

Add pork slices and cook;
7.
Drizzle the fried pork sauce on the pea sprouts and rice noodles, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. The rice noodles and pea sprouts are cooked after blanching, so don't overcook them;
2. Cut the pork slices as thinly as possible.
