Spicy Sauce Noodles

Wash the cabbage and cut into sections.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water for half an hour, squeeze out the water after soaking and set aside.

Chop the pork into minced meat, dice the onion, and marinate with a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little salt, and a little cooking wine.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into cubes and mix with minced pork and diced onions.

Put water in the pot to boil, cook the noodles and cabbage for three minutes.

Drain the ramen noodles and cabbage and place them neatly.

Warm the pan with cold oil, add a little more oil, add the minced pork, diced onion, and diced mushrooms and stir-fry.
