Tips:
Friends should pay attention to the fact that when boiling the seasoning, don't make a big fire. If the fire is big, the chili powder will black out and look bad!
Also, do not wash or over-water the tofu skin. It is not good if the tofu skin becomes soft after washing!
Don't add a drop of water during the whole process! I use Pingxiang bean curd.
