Spicy Tofu and Bamboo Shoots

Prepare materials. Peel and shred lettuce. Shred the tofu skin.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and salt, quickly blanch the shredded lettuce and soak it in ice water. The tofu shreds are blanched until there is no beany taste.

Put the tofu shreds, lettuce shreds, and red pepper shreds in a bowl.

Pour in spicy oil and pepper oil.

Add all the spices. Just mix well.
Tips:
1. After blanching the shredded lettuce, soak it in ice water to keep the crispy taste.
