Spike Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into long jagged strips

Finely chopped shallots and chives

Heat the vegetable oil in a hot pot, fry the potato strips on medium heat until they are eighty mature, remove and drain the oil

Leave very little oil in the pan, pour the fried potato chips back into the pan, add a little five-spice powder, pepper powder, and stir-fry evenly

Add cumin powder, stir-fry evenly, add dried chili powder and green onion according to your own taste

Serve and sprinkle with coriander
Tips:
1. After cutting the potato strips, rinse off the surface starch with water and drain the water.
2. When frying, you can also deep-fry the potatoes completely, then put the potato strips into a large bowl, add all the seasonings, and use the remaining temperature for cold dressing.
