Spinach

The spinach is removed from the root and cleaned.
2.
Blanch the spinach in a pot.
3.
The blanched spinach is too cold.
4.
Cut spinach into sections and put it in a container.
5.
Add salt and minced garlic.
6.
Add light soy sauce, add pepper oil, add sesame oil.
7.
Mix well and finish.
