Spinach and Egg Noodles

Prepare ingredients: dried noodles, eggs, spinach, chopped green onion and ginger.

Take an empty bowl and beat two eggs.

Stir the whole egg liquid.

Heat the oil in the pan.

Spread the eggs.

Shovel the eggs, add salt, five-spice powder, homemade monosodium glutamate, add an appropriate amount of water, add soy sauce, and add a handful of dried noodles to a boil.

Cut spinach into sections.

Add the spinach after the dried noodles are cut off (do not add the spinach too early, it will cook soft).

Turn off the heat and start the pot, serve in a bowl.
