Spinach Mixed with Mussels

Ingredients: spinach (washed), mussels (washed and cooked), minced garlic

Peel the cooked mussels and take the meat, set aside.

Afterwards, blanch the washed spinach in boiling water and remove it.

Use cold boiled water to cool too much.

Then, remove the cool spinach to control some moisture, place it on the cutting board and cut it.

Then, put the chopped spinach into a large bowl and combine the peeled mussels.

Finally, put the minced garlic.

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
9.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
10.
Add 2 tablespoons to blend the oil.

Season to mix well, serve.
