Spinach with Vermicelli

Remove the old leaves and roots of spinach, soak it in rice water (or light salt water) for a while, and wash it off.

Soak the vermicelli in advance until the vermicelli becomes soft;

Cut spinach into long sections; drain the vermicelli and set aside;

Wash the ginger, garlic and millet separately and mince;
5.
Add warm water and cover; stimulate the fragrance of the seasoning;

Pour clean water into the pot and boil;

Add the vermicelli and cook, remove;

Stir in the sesame oil while the noodles are hot;

Add a proper amount of oil and salt to the water for boiling vermicelli, and boil again;

Add the spinach to blanch and remove;

Mix the vermicelli and spinach;

In a spicy bowl of ginger, garlic and millet, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, spiced chili pepper, vine pepper oil and mix well;

Mix the seasoning with the ingredients and stir evenly;

Put it in a bowl and start eating!
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Soak the spinach in rice water (or light salted water) for a while, and then wash it. Can effectively remove residues such as pesticides.
3. Soak minced ginger, minced garlic and millet with warm water in advance to stimulate the fragrance of the seasoning. Then add the seasoning according to personal taste and mix well.
