Steamed Abalone

Wash the abalone with the cutting knife and brush the abalone shell. Since there were only two people, only four were made, so you can buy the number of abalones according to the number of people at the meal.

Marinate the flowered abalone with cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes. This step can remove the fishy smell of abalone, and my colleagues can make the abalone more salty.

Soak the vermicelli with water. If the time is not enough, you can use hot water to soak directly.

Remove the soaked vermicelli and cut it off.

Now put the abalone shells on the plate, and then put the abalone after washing out. Add shredded ginger, shredded green onion, and vermicelli in turn, then add some light soy sauce on top of each, and finally add scallion to embellishment.

Put the plated abalone into a boiling pot and steam it on high heat for 3 minutes.
Tips:
The abalone must be cleaned after purchase; \nIf the taste is heavy, you can put an appropriate amount of salt on the vermicelli; \nthe abalone is tender and not easy to steam for too long.
