Steamed Chicken

Wash half of the chicken and cut into pieces.

Add two tablespoons of Haitian soybean paste, one teaspoon sugar and one half teaspoon salt and mix well.

Add soy sauce and chopped garlic and mix well.
4.
Finally, add 3 tablespoons of starch and mix well.

Put it into a larger flat pan and spread it out.

Put an appropriate amount of water on the pot and bring to a boil. Put the mixed chicken pieces in the lid tightly, and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes until they are cooked out of the pot.

Finished product. The scent blows on your face, eat it while it's hot.
Tips:
1: Everyone's taste is different. The amount of soy sauce and salt can be adjusted according to your own taste.
2: The measuring spoon of the seasoning is the ordinary spoon used for meals.
