Steamed Chicken Wings

1. Raw materials are reserved.

2. Make a small cut on the reverse side of the chicken wings for easy taste.

3. Take a bowl and pour some light soy sauce, salt, minced ginger, black pepper, bay leaves (crushed), and cooking wine to make a marinade. Put the chicken wings into the marinade and marinate for one hour.

4. Wash the zong leaves and spread them in a steamer.

5. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thick slices.

6. Coat the steamed meat powder evenly on both sides of the potatoes.

7. Spread neatly on the zong leaves.

8. The marinated chicken wings are also glued with steamed meat powder.

9. Arranged neatly on the potato chips.

10. Wrap the ingredients with zong leaves and fix them with toothpicks.

11. Put it in a pot and steam for about an hour.

12. When it is steamed and taken out, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion.
