Steamed Chicken with Fish Head

1 fish head, cut into pieces, rinse and set aside

Cut the chicken, wash and set aside

Garlic, ginger, dried tangerine peel, red dates

Scallions, parsley, cut into small pieces

Tips:
Use less salt. Fish sauce and soy sauce contain more salt. Too salty will cover up the umami taste of fish head and chicken.
