Steamed Cowpea with Minced Meat
1.
Main ingredients: 200 grams of cowpea, 200 grams of pork Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, light soy sauce, ginger, five-spice powder, red pepper, chives, chicken essence, Laoganma
2.
Wash the cowpea and cut into sections, wash the ginger and mince, wash and mince the chives, wash and mince the red pepper (you can use millet pepper if you like spicy food).
3.
Pork mince, preferably fat and lean is better, fragrant and delicious.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the pork when the oil is 70% hot to get the fragrance and moisture
5.
Stir fry with minced ginger and light soy sauce, and stir fry with pepper powder to get the fragrance, then add the godmother and stir fry to get the fragrance of sauce
6.
Add the red pepper and stir fry to get the spicy taste of garlic, then stir them together to give the spicy meat taste, add chicken essence and stir fry out of the pot for later use
7.
Place the cowpeas neatly on a deep plate, because there is a lot of water during the steaming process, pour the fried minced meat on top.
8.
Put the plate in the steamer, add cold water to the water tank, and set it for 10 minutes
9.
Be careful when the time is up, because the electric steamer is too hot, sprinkle with chopped green onions to add color and flavor, and eat it while it's hot, full of fragrant meat.
Tips:
1. If you don’t have an electric steamer, you can use an ordinary steamer. It takes a little longer to steam. A few more minutes is better.
2. It's better to replace pork with beef. If you like spicy flavor, add millet pepper to make it more delicious.
