This dumpling is a bit big, and because it's made with noodles, it's called "Steamed Dumplings with Noodles". In fact, the method of making it is the same as that of steamed buns, but some don't know how to make buns. It’s changed to making dumplings, the look has changed, but the taste and texture have not changed.

Steamed Dumplings

1. Flour, yeast powder and warm water make a smooth dough

2. Fermented to 2 times larger

3. Wash the lentils. Boil in a pot of boiling water, over cold water, and chop finely

4. Add chopped lentils to pork filling, add salt, light soy sauce, green onions and mix well

5. Knead the fermented dough evenly

6. Roll the dough into a dough

7. Put the fillings in the dough

8. Wrap it into large dumplings

9. Cover the green body with a damp cloth, and send it a second time for 20 minutes

10. Put the prepared raw material into the steamer

11. Steam on high heat for about 12 minutes, then turn off the heat

12. Let stand for 3-5 minutes, then uncover the pot and put it on the plate, ready to serve

Tips:

1. The fillings can be matched as you like, and vegetarian fillings are also good.
2. The lentils must be blanched before use.
