Steamed Dumplings with Celery Stuffing

Wash the fresh pork with water;

Chop the minced meat, add some water during the chopping process, and put the pepper noodles in the water;

Add green onions, ginger and garlic;

Chop into mashed meat together;

Chop the minced meat and put it in a small pot, then put a small piece of fermented bean curd;

Add a small spoonful of salt;

Add chicken powder;

Put in oyster sauce;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil;

Stir clockwise with chopsticks evenly;

Put the chopped celery into the meat filling and stir clockwise to evenly;

Add appropriate amount of water to the flour to form a smooth dough. After mixing, cover with plastic wrap to wake up. It takes about 15 minutes to wake up. The waked up dough will be soft and chewy;

Then divide the noodles into small pieces, reunite them, squeeze them, and roll them into round dumpling wrappers with a rolling pin;

Put an appropriate amount of the reconciled meat in the middle of the dumpling wrapper, and then wrap it;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the steamer, and put the dumplings in the steamer;

The water is boiled and steamed for 8 minutes;
17.
After steaming, do not rush to open the lid of the pot, steam it for one minute;
Tips:
1. Add water to the minced meat during the chop process so that the minced meat will not dry;
2. Add a little salt less when making noodles, and wake up for a while after making noodles so that the noodles will be chewy and soft.
