Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Chop the pork into minced meat (if your baby eats it, chop finely)

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl, mix well, add salt and mix well.

Put oil in the pot, put the meat filling after preheating, stir fry several times, add five-spice powder, chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce after the meat filling changes color, stir-fry out of the pot, set a plate for later use.

After the eggs are evenly stirred, add warm water. The ratio of warm water to eggs is 2:1. Stir again and use a mesh sieve to remove impurities. This egg custard is more refreshing and tender.
