Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

All ingredients, minced meat is chopped, and salt and soy sauce are added to marinate for a few minutes.

Beat the eggs into the container, use chopsticks to break them apart, add water about 1.5 times the egg liquid, and continue to stir evenly with chopsticks.

Tips:
1. Filter the egg liquid through a strainer, so that the steamed egg will not have pores and will be smoother.
2. When steaming, first cover with a lid with holes, and then cover the pot, which can prevent the steamed eggs from getting pores due to the water entering; it can also be replaced with a cover with plastic wrap, and then pierced with a few small holes .
