Steamed Fish Nuggets

Wash the cod and soak dry with kitchen paper; shred the ginger, shred the green onions, cut the dried chili into sections, and chop the shallots for later use.

Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, shredded ginger, and shredded spring onions to the cod, stir and marinate for 10 minutes.

The marinated cod is evenly coated with steamed rice noodles.

The Fangtai steamer sets the normal steaming mode at -100°C for 10 minutes. After preheating, put the cod wrapped in steamed meat and rice noodles into steam.

Turn the Fangtai stove to 8 levels, heat the pan with cold oil, add the dried chili section and sauté.

Take out the steamed cod, pour in hot oil and dried chilies, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
