Steamed Fresh Soup with Yam Meatballs
1.
In the material, I cut three raw material pictures, from left to right: fresh yam, dried yam, and wolfberry.
Weigh the ingredients and soak the yam pill in water.
2.
Add scallion, ginger, salt, sugar and light soy sauce to the minced pork. Whisk evenly in one direction, add 1 tablespoon of water in portions, stir in one direction, and marinate for 10 minutes. The yam is sliced out first, then cut into strips, and finally cut into small dices.
3.
Mix the minced meat with the yam to form a meat filling. Dip some water on your hands, take a part of the minced meat, put your hands back and forth, add water to a round bowl, put the meatballs into it, add mountain pills and soaking water, and add wolfberry berries.
4.
Put a plate on the bowl as a lid, steam for 20-25 minutes on high heat, season with salt, and steam for another 5 minutes. Add some water to the whole egg liquid, put it in a non-stick pan without adding oil, spread out the egg skin, and cut into strips.
The green cabbage leaves are blanched in the water, the meatballs are filled, and the green cabbage and egg skin are added.
The bowl of rice can be eaten.
