I was lazy on a rainy day. I saw a sweet taro. Haha, thinking that there was still some meat in the refrigerator, so I steamed it for lunch, an experiment, but it turned out to be delicious. "

Steamed Mashed Taro with Minced Meat

1. Cut the fragrant taro into pieces and put it on the plate with the garlic froth, and steam it in the steamer for about 20 minutes.

2. While steaming the fragrant taro, add a little light soy sauce, salt, and oil to marinate for a few minutes and spread on the bottom of the plate. After the taro is steamed, add some salt and use a spoon to pour it into a puree shape, and put it into a pan that has been spread with minced meat.

3. Put it in the steamer and steam for about ten minutes again, turn off the heat and let it stuff for another two minutes, and it is ready to eat.

Tips:

Don’t keep on high heat when steaming, change to medium heat when the steam is up, and use low heat when it is about to come out of the pot.
