Steamed Meatballs

The meat should be 7 points lean and 3 points fat. Must have fresh meat

Mushrooms and garlic, soak the mushrooms in water first, chop them, and smash the garlic.

Pork needs to be cut into small pieces one at a time. Can't use chop. Will affect the taste.

Add sweet potato flour, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce to the cut meat. Mushrooms and garlic, stir well. You can also add some sesame oil. It will be more fragrant!

Prepare a plate and apply a layer of oil on the plate (the steamed meatballs will not stick to the plate) and make the stirred meat into a small ball. Place them one by one.

Tips:
I always feel that pure sweet potato flour is the best. The taste is sticky and has a sloppy feel. You have to put more sweet potato flour to form a dough, but not too much. If you eat too much, you will eat sweet potato flour dough^_^
