Steamed Noodles with Beef and Beans

Prepare the noodles, I used a noodle machine to press thin noodles;

Prepare the roasted beef in advance. If you need braised beef, please check it out in my recipe!

Wash the beans, remove both heads, and chop them into joints. Peel the potatoes, wash off the starch, cut into thick strips, chop green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use;

Pour a little pepper oil and sesame oil into the noodles, shake and mix well;

Pour an appropriate amount of water from the steaming pot to boil, put the noodles in the pot, shake and spread evenly, and steam for about 15 minutes on medium-high heat;

While cooking the noodles while steaming noodles, heat up the wok and pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant;

Pour the carob knots and stir fry to change the color, pour in the potatoes and mix and stir fry for a while;

Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little salt, stir fry evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of water;

Pour the roasted beef into the vegetables, cover the pot and cook the vegetables on medium heat until they are six or seven minutes old and turn off the heat;

Pour the steamed noodles into a large basin, pour the vegetable soup and mix well, leave the fried vegetables for later use;

Add white pepper and five-spice powder, mix well, taste if you need to add salt to avoid over salty;
13.
Spread on the dragon drawer of the steamer and steam for 15 minutes;

Pour in the vegetables for the last 5 minutes until the end;

Tips:
Those who are not afraid of fat can replace beef with pork. Don’t put too much sugar in braised pork, because too sweet will affect the taste of steamed noodles.
