Steamed Noodles with Cowpea

Place the noodles on the panel, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, mix well, add water to the steamer and bring to a boil

Wash and slice the meat, put it in a bowl, add egg white, starch, salt, soy sauce, white pepper, and a few drops of oil, mix well, and marinate for more than ten minutes

Tips:
1. Add edible oil to the noodles, mix well and steam to prevent the noodles from sticking.
2. The soup should be appropriate, the noodles will not be delicious without the noodles, and the noodles will be too wet and sticky. If you can't master the soup, you can prepare some noodles in advance and slowly pour in the noodles. In this way, you can better control the dryness and wetness of the noodles.
