Steamed Pork

Prepare all kinds of ingredients (I used thirteen incense instead of five-spice powder)

Slice the meat, add ginger, salt, soy sauce, fermented bean curd juice, thirteen spices, cooking wine, sugar, monosodium glutamate and marinate for 5 minutes

Marinate the marinated meat with steamed meat powder and mix evenly
4.
Steam on a drawer for 40 minutes, sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onion.
Tips:
Be sure to pay attention to the amount of salty auxiliary materials, otherwise, the salty taste will be too heavy
