Steamed Pork Meatballs

Cut the lean pork into small long strips. Try to be smaller

Peel the buns and break them into small pieces by hand. The smaller the better

Soak the bun skin with warm hot water to soften

Minced green onion, ginger and garlic

Put all of the above into a basin, add half a bowl of flour, a little bit of glutinous rice flour, appropriate amount of salt, water and soy sauce to knead into a uniform dough by hand

Add a proper amount of oil to the wok and cook until 70% hot

After the balls are set, use chopsticks to open the glued balls. During this period, keep flipping from the bottom to prevent sticking.

Fry the meatballs until golden, remove and drain the oil
