Steamed pork ribs can be made into five-spicy and spicy flavor. . . Regardless of the flavor, it is one of everyone's favorite steamed dishes.

Steamed pork rice noodles can be used to make delicious steamed pork ribs. After steaming, the pork ribs are fat but not greasy, salty and mild, and moderately soft. Each rib is wrapped in soft rice noodles. It is soft in the mouth, fragrant and tender. It is a classic Home cooking.

Steamed Pork Ribs

1. Prepare materials. The ribs are chopped into long strips, soaked in water to rinse the blood, and drained for later use. Soak the pepper for 2 hours and chop the shallots for later use.

2. Put the ribs in a bowl, add pepper and green onion paste, minced ginger, salt, chicken powder, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fermented bean curd and mix well.

3. Pour in 150 grams of steamed pork rice noodles.

4. Mix well and coat each rib with rice noodles.

5. Place the ribs on the bottom of the bowl, and pour the remaining rice noodles on the ribs.

6. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Add a little water with the remaining 50 grams of steamed rice noodles and mix well. Coat each slice of sweet potato with rice noodles.

7. The Supor grilling machine is connected to the power supply, water is added to the bottom of the pot, and the steamer is placed. Put in the ribs. Take out after steaming on high heat for 60 minutes.

8. Place the sweet potato slices on the ribs and continue to steam for 30 minutes.

9. After it's steamed, take it out and buckle it upside down on a plate.

Tips:

1. The ribs should be soaked in clean water until there is no blood, and then rinsed.
2. It can be replaced with other meat and vegetables, which are delicious.
