Steamed Sea Bass

Clean the sea bass, add shredded ginger, oil, and half a teaspoon of salt over the fish.

After the water in the pot is boiled, put the fish on the steaming rack.

Turn to medium heat and steam for 12 minutes and turn off the heat.

Take the fish out of the pot, pour out the water in the pot, pour out a part of the water from the steamed fish dish, and save a small part. Put the oil in the pot and bring it to a boil. Put in the appropriate amount of shredded ginger and shallots. After the oil bursts out of the shallots, add the appropriate amount of soy sauce. Turn off the heat immediately after boiling.

Pour the ginger onion juice on the fish and finish.
