Steamed Sea Bass with Chopped Pepper

Clean the sea bass and put it on a plate with a knife, add ginger and green onion.

Steam in a pot of boiling water for eight minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the minced garlic and chopped pepper to fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce, water, salt, and sugar and stir-fry well.

After the fish has been steamed for eight minutes, remove the steamed fish water and remove the shredded green onions and ginger slices.

Pour in the chopped pepper and garlic juice.

Continue to steam for about seven minutes, depending on the size of the fish.

Sprinkle shredded green onions out of the pan, add oil to the pan, and pour in to enjoy.
