Steamed Shrimp with Garlic
1.
Prepare some garlic seeds, lots of them.
2.
Pat it with the back of a knife to easily remove the outer skin, and then put it in a garlic press to form garlic. Hand chop is fine, but it doesn't look good, and it doesn't smell good.
3.
Head off the prawns. When the head is removed, the shrimp thread will be brought out by lightly. It is very easy.
4.
After washing it clean, cut a three-sectioned shrimp back knife from the back. There is no need to cut into sections, and can stand on the table as shown in the figure.
5.
Heat the frying pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
6.
Add a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
7.
Pour the roasted garlic into a plate and use chopsticks to gently spread it out.
8.
Serve the sliced shrimp.
9.
Pour boiling water into the pot, put a rack on it to steam the shrimp.
10.
Don't steam for too long, about 30 seconds, turn off the heat when the shrimp changes color. The shrimp has been opened, and the high temperature steam is enough to be cooked in a short time.
11.
Take out and sprinkle some chopped green onions to increase fragrance and color.
Tips:
I can make it in about 3 minutes after the whole process is completed. The shrimp meat must not be steamed for a long time. The taste will be very different when it gets old.
