Steamed Tofu with Capers and Diced Pork

Ingredients: 200g capers, 150g pork belly, a box of internal fat tofu, 2 eggs. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, 5g ginger, 2 green and red peppers, 1g chicken essence, 10g light soy sauce, 5g cooking wine

Remove the shell of defatted tofu, pour it on a deep dish, and add two shelled eggs, preferably one on each side.

Cover with plastic wrap so that steam will not get into the plate easily when steaming. Use a toothpick to pierce a few small holes, which is conducive to exhaust. After steaming on the steamer, steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

Wash the capers several times to remove the nitrous acid from the capers. Wash and dice the green and red peppers, mince the ginger, and dice the pork. It is best to use pork belly, so that the fat and lean are cut into dice, and the fat is fried separately. Many, capers are delicious.

Tips:
1. The tamarind beans are generally salty. You don't need to add salt when frying, but you can add a little salt to stir-fry the diced pork because defatted tofu has no salty taste.
