Steamed Tofu with Crab Sticks

Prepare materials.

Cut green onion, minced ginger, and chili rings.

Cut crab sticks into sections for later use.

Cut the lactone tofu into small pieces.

Put the chopped lactone tofu in a soup bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion, minced ginger, and chili rings. According to personal taste, mix salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut oil, and broth into a juice and pour it on the ingredients. If there is no stock, you can use a little water instead.

Add water to the steamer and boil the tofu into the tofu. Steam for seven or eight minutes on high heat.
