Steamed Tortilla

Tips:
1. For the meat, you need to buy the kind that has a little fat, and it will taste sweet and fragrant. This kind of meat in a Guangzhou supermarket is called plum meat.
2. I like to use sweet potato starch to make meatballs and steamed meat patties. Sweet potato starch is refreshing. Secondly, tapioca starch can be added. There is really no sweet potato starch and tapioca starch. You can use corn starch.
3. Spreading the meat filling thinly can save steaming time, and the steaming time should be adjusted according to the amount.
