Stewed Beef

Cook the beef in advance until it is half cooked.

Cut beef, potatoes, and radish into small pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the chopped green onion until fragrant. Add the radish and potato wedges and fry them until they are broken. Then add the beef wedges and stir-fry.

Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add salt to set the taste, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, and then finish the juice on high heat.
