Stewed Beef Brisket with Radish and Tomato

Prepare a piece of beef brisket and wash it with water and soak it for one hour to remove the bloody smell.

Prepare all the ingredients, cut the sirloin into larger pieces, and cut the ginger and green onions into slices.

Wash the radishes and tomatoes, peel the radishes and cut the tomatoes into hob pieces.

Put the beef cubes in cold water, add ginger, green onion and cooking wine to blanch the sirloin. After the water is boiled, remove the foam, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove the cold water and drain the water for later use.
