Stewed Lean Pork with Cordyceps Flower Maw (nourishing and Nourishing)

Soak the fish glue tube in cold water for 7 minutes. After soaking, clean the fish glue and cut it into small pieces for later use.

Wash the lean meat and cut into large pieces, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the lean meat in blanching water, and then rinse with water for later use

Just rinse the cordyceps flower with water

Wash the Adenophora, Polygonatum, red dates and set aside

Put the isinglass, lean meat, cordyceps flower, sand ginseng, polygonatum odoratum, red dates into the stewing pot, add two slices of ginger and stew together

Add warm water until it is full of ingredients, and cover

Stew in water for 2 hours, add salt to taste before eating
Tips:
1.1. Soak the flower maw in cold water one night in advance. If you are more sensitive to fishy odors, you can change the water several times to remove the fishy gelatin.
2. Red dates need to be pitted, otherwise it will be hotter
