Stewed Pine Mushrooms with Pork and Potatoes

Soak and wash the pine mushrooms.

Slice pork and chop green onions.
3.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Wash pine mushrooms and drain.

Add pork with cold oil in a hot pan and stir fry.

Stir fry until the pork is white, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add some soy sauce to color the pork.

Add potatoes and stir-fry pine mushrooms.
9.
Add some soy sauce and stir fry.
10.
Add the braised sauce and stir fry evenly.
11.
Add appropriate amount of water.
12.
Add vermicelli and simmer over medium heat.
13.
Cook until the soup is thick, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
Soy sauce is fine without the braised sauce.
