Stewed Pineapple and Chicken Feet with Beans
1.
The green beans are home-grown green ingredients. After blanching, they can be frozen in the refrigerator and can be taken out at any time. They are soaked in cold water to thaw, then washed, and the water is removed.
2.
Peel the pineapple, wash and slice, soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes, remove and rinse for later use.
3.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the beans and stir fry.
4.
Add chicken feet, a little chili sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water.
5.
Pour in cleaned pineapple slices, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer on low heat until the beans are cooked;
6.
Collect the juice over high heat, add salt, light soy sauce, and mushroom powder to taste.
7.
Put the pot on the plate, put it on the table, OK, the meal is ready!
Tips:
After peeling the pineapple, it must be soaked in light salt water to remove the astringency, especially some pineapples are still raw when they are bought, and need to be soaked longer. Northeast stew does not have strict requirements on the ingredients. You can stew everything you like. Delicious is the last word.
