Stewed Pleurotus with Meat

Cut the meat into slices and use cooking wine and starch to mix well.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into large pieces after washing.

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the meat slices when it is 40-50% hot.

Add the sliced green onion and garlic, and fry the sliced meat until white.

Add appropriate amount of water, salt, broth extract, and pepper to the oyster mushrooms and stew.

Medium heat for about ten minutes, until the oyster mushrooms are soft and tender.

After turning off the heat, add the coriander section and a few drops of sesame oil.
