Stewed Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Peel 1 potato, cut into pieces with a hob, prepare 300g ribs

Pour 5ml of edible oil, 3 dried chilies, 3 bay leaves, 1 star anise, 3g ginger slices, 5g garlic slices, and sauté on high heat.
