Stewed Potatoes with Dried Beans

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces, soak dried beans in water and cut into sections, and slice meat and ginger.

Put oil in the wok, add ginger, pork slices (I added some pork skin), and stir fry with soy sauce.

After the stir-fried meat changes color, add potatoes, frozen tofu, and dried beans, stir-fry evenly.
4.
Pour the evenly stir-fried vegetables into the skillet, add hot water and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add enough water at once.
