Stewed Radish with Yogurt
1.
About half a white radish, cut into pieces with a hob, and a spoon of unsweetened yogurt, about 20g. The white radish is first boiled in boiling water for a few minutes to kill the taste of the radish, which makes it easier for people to accept.
2.
Drain the radish, stir-fry in a pan, then add water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, a pinch of sugar, yogurt, fish sauce, boil, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer until cooked. If you don’t want the color to be too dark, it’s okay to not add soy sauce
3.
Collect the juice after it's cooked and you can get it out of the pot!
Tips:
1. Cut the radish into small pieces for better taste.
2. You must use sugar-free yogurt for yogurt, not flavored yogurt. The sugared yogurt does not have the sourness, and it will be very strange to make.
3. Sugar-free yogurt is sold in supermarkets and Hema. If you can't buy it, you can make it yourself, which is very convenient. If you are interested, I will post a tutorial on homemade yogurt next time.
4. Fish sauce is also a very versatile seasoning. It is recommended that you keep it at home to improve the freshness.
