Stewed Taro
1.
The taro is soaked in water for a while and washed and peeled. Soaking in water is for the purpose of peeling.
2.
After washing, cut into strips, you can slice or dice as you like
3.
Cut the pork and chopped green onion ready
4.
Pour a proper amount of oil and fry the meat, then add a little lard. You don’t need to put pork if you don’t like it. My family likes it but it’s a small amount for the purpose of flavour.
5.
Then put the taro in the pot and stir fry
6.
After the taro is fried, the color will change a little. Put soy sauce, oyster sauce. The flavor is very fresh and other seasonings, then fill in an appropriate amount of water and stew until soft
7.
Finally, you can add vermicelli or coriander in the bowl. My daughter didn't eat coriander. I didn't add it. In the cold winter, a bowl of warm taro stew is not to mention delicious.
